At Mia Lynn Naturals, your satisfaction and scalp wellness are deeply important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our hair and scalp care products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Replacements & Store Credit

While refunds are not available, we are happy to support our customers in the following ways:

  • Replacements will be issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis if an issue is approved

How to Report an Issue

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

  • Products affected by allergic reactions or sensitivities

We strongly encourage reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before full use.

Shipping & Handling

Mia Lynn Naturals is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
