Refund policy

Refund Policy:

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, email us right away since our shipping time is 2-3 business days at Michelle@mialynnnaturals.com. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Process:

Processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After items have been processed, shipping will begin. Process time excludes the time for shipping. Shipping is typically 2-10 business days, depending on the shipping carrier.

Mia Lynn Naturals is not liable for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns on any items due to the hygienic nature of our products. We do offer store credit. 

Invalid Addresses:

We are not responsible for invalid addresses. In the case that your address is invalid, please reach out to us immediately before your order is processed and shipped so that we can take care of this for you. Once your order has been shipped and has been delivered to the wrong address, please contact the shipping carrier. Carrier will assist in helping to re-route to you.
