Cancellation policy

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, email us right away since our shipping time is 2-3 business days at Michelle@mialynnnaturals.com. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped.
