- Apply to damp hair after washing
- Part hair in 4 sections
- Apply conditioner to coat the strands and ends. Be careful not to apply to the scalp.
- Allow to nourish for 3-5 minutes
- Rinse with warm water until the water runs clear
- Towel blot dry hair, do not pull or twist strands
